Meet Dr Niraj Lal, the scientist, author, television presenter and 2021 Eureka Prize winner — who created Henry the Flying Emu.
How do children see the adults in their lives? I See You Like This by Jessica Wilson is an acclaimed interactive art experience for children and families that turns the camera — and the creative process — around. Using their imagination, children become the art director of a creative portrait, with their parent as the subject.
Younger children can enjoy a book reading and show titled Henry the Flying Emu. Henry the emu wanted to FLY! But it’s only after meeting Wallagoot Jean that Henry learns about the science of orbit, and the importance of flying first with his mind. Meet Dr Niraj Lal, the scientist, author, television presenter and 2021 Eureka Prize winner — who created Henry the Flying Emu.
