Listen to the well-known Uncle Kutcha Edwards share his stories through the art of his voice and music.
Uncle Kutcha Edwards is a proud Mutti Mutti, Yorta Yorta, Nari Nari songman and storyteller. As one of Australia’s most respected singer/songwriters, his music and community work has made him a legend.
Join us for a special evening where through the voice and art of music, Kutcha will share his lived experiences and mesmeric music to create connections across cultures, generations, and spaces.
Kutcha has a profound impact on audiences and the powerful truth telling of his journey as a survivor of the Stolen Generations is transformative. As a songman, Elder and iconic voice for his people, Kutcha explains, “music is not what I do; it is who I am”.
Suitable for ages 16 and up.
